FAQs
More FAQs- I think my hard surface floor's appearance should be improved, but I'm concerned about the price. What should I do?
- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?
- Will carpet cleaning be disruptive to my business?
Consider the cost of non-action. Any finish will enhance the appearance of your floor in addition to providing protection. While refinishing your hard floor bears a cost, replacement of the floor due to neglect bears a much higher cost.
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Of Rexdale/Weston focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Of Rexdale/Weston does not do rough clean.
The team at ServiceMaster Of Rexdale/Weston will work with you to schedule a suitable time, typically after hours. In the event that it is unfeasible to clean the entire area in one visit, we will develop a customized program to clean your carpets in sections. Our technician will also inform you of estimated dry times needed.
